In fact, as someone who’s booked boudoir photography myself, I wouldn’t feel comfortable hiring a photographer who didn’t offer digital files at all. But while the option is available, there’s more to it than just checking a box on a package list.
Let’s walk through what digital files really mean, how they’re priced, and what to consider before deciding if they’re the right fit for your experience.
Why Digital Files Are a Premium Investment
Digital files are often the most expensive item on a photographer’s product menu—and there’s a good reason for that.
When you purchase digital images, you’re also purchasing the freedom to print, share, and reprint them on your own, for life. That means your photographer is handing over their work in full resolution, with no guarantee you’ll return for printed products in the future.
Because of this, digital collections are priced to reflect that long-term value and creative ownership.
What’s Included in Your Session?
Our clients appreciate flexibility, which is why we offer a variety of packages—some that include digital files, and some that don’t.
If you’re simply looking for a beautiful album or statement wall art, we offer options that focus on tangible keepsakes without the added cost of digitals. On the other hand, if having access to your full gallery on your phone or computer matters to you, we’ve got packages that include both.

What About the Prints?
Prints aren’t an afterthought in our studio—they’re the main event.
We’re big believers in helping you turn your portraits into heirlooms, whether that’s through handcrafted albums or bold wall art. We also offer a flexible A La Carte menu so you can fully customize your order.
And here’s the truth: most clients who book with us fall in love with having both print and digital formats.
Do You Really Need Digital Files?
Not everyone does! Some clients want a few images to share with their partner or post on social media, while others prefer to keep their images 100% private. That’s the beauty of boudoir—it’s all about you.
Even if you’re not planning to share them online, digital files can be a smart backup. If your album is ever lost, damaged, or if you move, having the ability to reprint your images is priceless. Since we don’t archive client files long-term, purchasing digitals gives you full control.
